Work with Presence Design Studio Amsterdam
We don't produce events. We compose experiences at the intersection of contemporary art and mythology.
Each project is built from scratch - concept, narrative, sensory environment, ritual, and artistic direction designed around what your specific moment actually requires.

Half day or full day · 15 to 35 people · outdoor or unexpected location
Not just a day together. A shift in how you see each other and work together after. Your team leaves the office and steps into a living story. Over four to eight hours, they move through a landscape in chapters encountering characters, solving riddles, completing challenges that only unlock when the whole group works as one. Each stop is site-specific, built around your location and your company’s actual mythology. The day closes with a shared ritual and a physical take-home object for each participant.
Why it works: play reduces cortisol, rebuilds emotional intelligence, and is the fastest known route to restoring creativity in high-performing adults. This is not a soft claim it is documented in Stuart Brown’s research at NIFPlay and replicated across high-performance organisations.
This format works well for annual team days, offsites, post-merger integration, leadership retreats, and burnout recovery seasons.
What you get: full narrative concept and script, character design and casting, all props and experience materials, a pre-event intake call, full-day facilitation by Lyubov, a closing ritual, and a take-home object per participant.
Not included: venue or location fee, transport, catering, accommodation.
Investment: 15 to 20 people from €8,500. 20 to 35 people
from €12,000 to €18,000.
Production budget quoted separately after brief.
3 to 4 hours · 20 to 50 guests · any venue
An immersive dinner is not about what’s on the plate. It’s about the world you step into.
Every sensory layer: scent, sound, lighting, tactile objects, the narrative arc of the evening, is intentional and connected to a central story. Guests are seated by design. Conversation is seeded by structure. The evening moves through chapters from arrival to close. Nothing is accidental. Nothing is decoration.
We design two formats depending on what the evening is for.
A Networking Dinner is built for cross-company or community gatherings. Seating strategy, conversation architecture, themed courses, and a sensory environment engineered so the right connections happen naturally without the awkward mingling, the business card exchange, the small talk that goes nowhere. A Celebration Dinner is built for a company milestone, year-end, or launch. A full story arc constructed around your company’s mythology, values, or journey. Each course is a chapter. Guests arrive in one state and leave in another.
What you get: full concept, theme, and narrative script, sensory environment design covering scent, sound, lighting, and table objects, seating strategy and conversation architecture, creative direction of all visual elements, coordination with your caterer and venue, and on-the-night facilitation and hosting by Lyubov.
Not included: venue hire, catering and drinks, external performers or artists quoted separately.
Investment: networking dinner for 20 to 30 guests: from €8,500. Celebration dinner with full narrative production: from €12,000. 30 or more guests, or projects involving artist collaborations from €18,000.

Custom format · any scale · product launches, brand activations, cultural partnerships
Your brand is a mythology. We build the door. A marketing event should be more than exposure. It should be an encounter that changes how people understand what you stand for something they feel rather than simply see, something they carry after the lights go down.
We transform brand messages into living worlds your audience can enter. Not a product demonstration. Not a branded experience with a photo opportunity. A world with its own internal logic, its own sensory language, its own story that your audience becomes part of.
Past work includes immersive brand activations for tech companies, artistic installations for cultural institutions, and sensory product launches across Europe.
This format works well for product launches, brand activations, cultural partnerships, experiential campaigns, and community events.
What you get: concept and creative direction, access to our artistic collaborator network, sensory environment design, narrative script, and full production coordination.
Investment: from €15,000. Quoted individually based on scope and scale.

Half day to multi-day · any size · private estates, cultural venues, or locations across Europe
A business event is never just a meeting. It is an act of positioning. Every detail from the first visual impression to the last note of atmosphere is designed to embody your values, your vision, and the story you want your people to carry after. We work with leaders who understand that beauty and meaning are not soft additions to a programme. They are strategic assets that shape how people think, trust, and decide.
Board sessions in private estates. Partner summits by the sea. Vision days that feel like art installations rather than agendas. No standard conference formats. No tired networking clichés. Instead: spaces that create the conditions for real clarity, real trust, and real decisions.
For organisations seeking something deeper, we also design art retreats. We don’t retreat into stillness we move through it. In collaboration with contemporary artists, we create site-specific experiences that merge with landscape and season, turning forests, coastlines, or ruins into spaces where something genuinely shifts in the people who pass through them.
This format works well for leadership offsites, investor gatherings, board retreats, partner summits, company vision days, and multi-day art retreats.
What you get: full concept and spatial design, narrative arc and programme, venue scouting and coordination, creative direction of all aesthetic elements, and on-site facilitation.
Investment: from €650 per person. Full project budget quoted after brief.

Most teams know something needs to shift. They can’t always name what.
This session creates the conditions to find out using the Heroine’s Journey framework, Maureen Murdock’s expansion of Campbell’s Hero’s Journey specifically developed for the contemporary professional experience, alongside the science of work and rest cycles.
The format is simple. Four rounds of guided paired conversation. A visual journey map for each participant. Sealed personal prompt cards opened at the close. No slides. No lecture. Just honest conversation with real structure underneath it.
Designed for teams navigating burnout, transition, or the gap between how they say they work and how they actually feel.
What you get: full session design and facilitation, a printed Heroine’s Journey map per participant, sealed personal prompt cards, a pre-session intake call, and an optional post-session debrief.
Not included: venue, catering
Investment: up to 20 people — €1,200 - €1,800 · 20–40 people — €2,500 - €3,500 · with full brand customisation — €4,500

Something else entirely
Some of our best work started with: “I want something no one has done before.”
If you know what you need but not yet how or if you only know that what you’ve done before isn’t enough, start with a conversation. Not a brief. Not a proposal. Just a conversation to understand what the moment actually requires.
