Sonic Echoes — Germany
Two days in the forests and meadows near the Black Forest, for 32 therapists who work with children with autism. The idea: let them perceive the world with the same openness as the children they work with.
Day one was about taste, with a tea ceremony outdoors. Day two was about listening: participants walked blindfolded through forest and field, guided by sound.
Impact: More sensitivity to themselves, to each other, and to communication without words.

Inner Wanderland — Texel Island
A day for 25 IT leaders and top managers, on bikes across Texel.
It started with an initiation ritual that bound the group into one story. Then the route, in chapters: a mermaid on the shore with riddles, a giant mushroom for the quiet power of nature, and an art installation tent with a tea ceremony and meditation.
The aim: wake up the inner child, drop formal roles, and turn managers into a real group.
Impact: The team came back with new ideas, more energy and more trust in each other.

Impact: Guests left lighter, paying more attention to the moment they were in.

Threads NEON — Immersive Networking
Created for a gathering of leaders from diverse blockchain companies and countries — many meeting for the first time — Threads NEON wove mythology into the art of connection.
Guests became living threads in a shared tapestry, moving through the evening guided by symbolic prompts, numbered questions, and playful tasks. Each seating shift revealed a new story, a fresh possibility, a different spark.
The dinner unfolded in three courses of locally sourced, seasonal dishes, paired with moments of discovery and unexpected encounters. By dissolving the usual barriers, the experience opened space for genuine human connection and the birth of ideas that might never have met otherwise.
Impact: Beyond the table, Threads NEON left participants with a living network — inspired, interlinked, and primed for future collaborations that carry the spirit of the night forward.

Baba Yaga — Passage Through Darkness and Rebirth
Based on Slavic folklore, made for the Red Tent Women's Festival. A rite of passage in three parts.
Guests entered through a dark passage, where the senses sharpen. Baba Yaga led them to a bathing ceremony to wash off the old self. Then a red tunnel, the passage of rebirth. At the end, a game of chance where each turn showed a possible life path.
Impact: Women crossed their own thresholds together, in a safe setting, and left with a shared memory.

Infinite Transitions — Berlin, Avgvst Jewelry
A board game built on folklore, archetypes and symbols, set up in Avgvst's Berlin headquarters. Players roll dice, move across the board and uncover hidden artworks, each with a message for whoever finds it.
A florist dressed the space, a sommelier poured the wine, and small bites came with each round. Every player got a notebook for insights, sketches and notes.
Impact: 10 to 12 people from one team played, thought creatively and left with a story they made together.

Mystical Dinner — Inspired by the Eleusinian Mysteries
A modern take on the Eleusinian Mysteries, the secret rites of ancient Greece once open only to the chosen few. Over one evening, the cycle of death and rebirth played out through taste, scent and space.
Six courses, two wines and three homemade non-alcoholic drinks. Each dish followed a change of season; each drink carried its own colour, history and symbol. Guests moved through three spaces with art installations, live performance and soundscapes. The cooking happened live, as part of the ritual.
Impact: For the host company, closer ties with clients and partners, and a reputation for rare experiences.
