Sonic Echoes — Germany
Created for a group of 32 therapists working with children with autism, this two-day journey in the forests and meadows of Germany was designed to awaken the senses — inviting participants to feel and perceive with the same openness and sensitivity as the children they work with.
On the first day, we explored taste through a meditative tea ceremony held in nature. Each sip became a quiet passage into awareness, presence, and subtle emotional attunement.
On the second, sight was set aside. Participants wandered blindfolded through forest and field, guided only by sound. Custom-made instruments responded to touch, breath, and movement, turning each gesture into music. Without the need to name or explain, they entered the rare beauty of pure listening.
Impact: A renewed sensitivity — to self, to others, and to the quiet language of the senses. The journey was designed to awaken the same openness and receptivity as the children they work with every day — a deep, human listening that goes beyond words.

Inner Wanderland — Texel Island
A journey for 25 IT leaders and top managers — not into the boardroom, but into the wild heart of their own imagination.
Set against Texel’s shifting skies and salt air, this was no ordinary bike ride. It was a living fable designed to awaken the inner child, dissolve formal roles, and weave leaders into a true collective.
The path unfolded in chapters: a mermaid on the shore offering riddles, a giant mushroom as a symbol of nature’s quiet power, an art installation tent where a mushroom tea ceremony and deep meditation became portals to forgotten playfulness and insight. The day began with a ritual initiation — sealing the group into a shared story that belonged only to them.
Impact: Beyond the beauty of the island, Inner Wanderland was a strategic act of transformation. It unlocked creativity, deepened trust, and redefined how these leaders connected — not just as colleagues, but as co-authors of a shared vision. They left with more than memories: they carried new ideas, renewed energy, and a stronger, more inspired network to lead with.

Threads NEON — Immersive Networking
Created for a gathering of leaders from diverse blockchain companies and countries — many meeting for the first time — Threads NEON wove mythology into the art of connection.
Guests became living threads in a shared tapestry, moving through the evening guided by symbolic prompts, numbered questions, and playful tasks. Each seating shift revealed a new story, a fresh possibility, a different spark.
The dinner unfolded in three courses of locally sourced, seasonal dishes, paired with moments of discovery and unexpected encounters. By dissolving the usual barriers, the experience opened space for genuine human connection and the birth of ideas that might never have met otherwise.
Impact: Beyond the table, Threads NEON left participants with a living network — inspired, interlinked, and primed for future collaborations that carry the spirit of the night forward.

Guided by the mythic figure of Baba Yaga, participants underwent a ritual cleansing: a bathing ceremony to wash away the dust of the old self. Emerging from the shadows, they entered a red tunnel — the liminal space of rebirth — before arriving in a realm of play, chance, and possibility. Here, an archetypal game invited them to explore the many life paths that awaited, each turn of fate revealing new insights.

An experiential journey where folklore, archetypes, and living symbols came to life.
Inside Avgvst’s Berlin headquarters, we built a world in motion: a game of chance and destiny, where each throw of the dice opened a new path across the board, revealing hidden artworks and messages meant to be found only by you.
Every detail was curated to heighten the senses — lush floral installations, wine pairing by a sommelier, and delicate bites to accompany each step of the journey. Guests carried a bespoke notebook to capture insights, sketches, and reflections as they played.
Impact: For 10–12 players, this became more than a game. It was a strategic act of culture-building — sparking creativity, strengthening bonds, and leaving the team aligned through a shared, unforgettable myth they helped bring to life.

Rooted in the sacred rites of ancient Greece, Mystical Dinner invited guests into a modern reimagining of the Eleusinian Mysteries — an honour once reserved for the chosen few. Across the evening, the eternal cycle of death and rebirth unfolded through taste, scent, and space.
A six-course menu, paired with two wines and three bespoke non-alcoholic elixirs, became a sensory poem — each dish a reflection of seasonal change, each drink steeped in colour, history, and symbolism. Guests journeyed through three immersive environments, each transformed by art installations, live performances, and soundscapes. Live cooking became ritual theatre, weaving flavour into the fabric of the night.
