Inner Wanderland, Texel

A journey for 25 IT leaders and top managers — not into the boardroom, but into the wild heart of their own imagination.
Set against Texel’s shifting skies and salt air, this was no ordinary bike ride. It was a living fable designed to awaken the inner child, dissolve formal roles, and weave leaders into a true collective.
The path unfolded in chapters: a mermaid on the shore offering riddles, a giant mushroom as a symbol of nature’s quiet power, an art installation tent where a mushroom tea ceremony and deep meditation became portals to forgotten playfulness and insight. The day began with a ritual initiation — sealing the group into a shared story that belonged only to them.

Impact: Beyond the beauty of the island, Inner Wanderland was a strategic act of transformation. It unlocked creativity, deepened trust, and redefined how these leaders connected — not just as colleagues, but as co-authors of a shared vision. They left with more than memories: they carried new ideas, renewed energy, and a stronger, more inspired network to lead with.

Sonic Echoes — Germany

Created for a group of 32 therapists working with children with autism, this two-day journey in the forests and meadows of Germany was designed to awaken the senses — inviting participants to feel and perceive with the same openness and sensitivity as the children they work with.
On the first day, we explored taste through a meditative tea ceremony held in nature. Each sip became a quiet passage into awareness, presence, and subtle emotional attunement.
On the second, sight was set aside. Participants wandered blindfolded through forest and field, guided only by sound. Custom-made instruments responded to touch, breath, and movement, turning each gesture into music. Without the need to name or explain, they entered the rare beauty of pure listening.

Impact: A renewed sensitivity — to self, to others, and to the quiet language of the senses. The journey was designed to awaken the same openness and receptivity as the children they work with every day — a deep, human listening that goes beyond words.

Black and White, Amsterdam Immersive Journey

For an IT startup whose top management was scattered across countries, distance was more than geography — it was a gap in connection. We set out to close it, not with meetings, but with myth.
In the heart of Amsterdam, we wove an intimate, sensory-rich journey blending storytelling, immersive theatre, and the subtle alchemy of “happy tea” infused with truffles. The group stepped into a shared quest — gathering symbolic puzzle pieces for personal growth and collective alignment. Along the way, meditations opened inner landscapes, the Goddess of the Dark guided them through transformation, and each participant created a personalised aroma blend — a tangible anchor to carry their insights home.

Impact: This was more than team building; it was a rare, co-authored experience that deepened trust, sparked creativity, and built a sense of belonging across borders.
