A nature quest for teams Half day or full day · 15–35 people · outdoor or unexpected location
Your team leaves the office and steps into a living story. Over 4–8 hours, they move through a landscape in chapters — encountering characters, solving riddles, completing assignments that only work when the group works together. Each stop is site-specific, designed around your location. The day closes with a shared ritual and a physical take-home object.
Science: play reduces cortisol, builds emotional intelligence, and is the fastest known route to restoring creativity in high-performing adults (Stuart Brown, NIFPlay research).

A multisensory evening 3–4 hours · 20–50 guests · any venue
A fully designed dinner experience where every sensory layer — scent, sound, lighting, tactile objects, visual installation — is intentional and connected to a central theme or story. Guests are seated strategically, conversation is seeded by design, and the evening moves through a narrative arc from arrival to closing.
Two formats:
Networking Dinner — cross-company or community gathering. Seating strategy, conversation cards, themed courses, and sensory environment engineered so the right connections happen naturally. No awkward mingling.
Celebration Dinner — year-end, company birthday, milestone. A full story arc built around your company's mythology, values, or journey. Each course is a chapter.
You get: Full concept, theme, and narrative script — Sensory environment design: scent, sound, lighting brief, table objects — Seating strategy and conversation architecture — Creative direction of all visual elements — Coordination with your caterer and venue — On-the-night facilitation and hosting by Lyubov

A structured group session exploring how your team works, recovers, and leads — through the framework of the Heroine's Journey (Maureen Murdock) and the science of work and rest cycles. Four rounds of guided paired conversations, a visual journey map, and sealed personal prompt cards opened at the end. No slides. No lecture. Just honest conversation with real tools.
Designed to address burnout, transition, and the gap between how teams say they work and how they actually feel.
